The competition was judged by a regular visitor to the club, Sandy Watson, from the Chilterns Association of Camera Clubs. Sandy is a great beiiever in filling the frame with relevant and interesting material to enhance the main subject, and favours cropping out featureless areas such as skies, a concept that is always open to discussion, but may be borne in mind by members for future competitions.
In all there were 51 images submitted ( 3 per member ), which is perhaps a little surprising as the club already has 35 full members.
In all an interesting and thought provoking evening with some very high quality work.
