PDI Competition 6 (Modern Architecture) Results

42 entries were submitted for this competition which was judged by Malcolm Bull. We saw a lot of monochrome entries as was expected for this type of photography but in the end the highest scoring image of the evening was Aaron Hopkins’ “Way out of Hell”, a colour photograph of the RĂ„dhuset station on the Stockholm Metro. Aaron shared the top position with June Hanson, whose images of the Winnersh Triangle Bridge scored highly. Stella Fagg and Bo Hansen came joint third.

PDI Competition 5 (Transport) results

Another highly enjoyable competition with loads of quality entries. In the end Len Quinn emerged victorious after scoring two twenties. Runner up was our newest member Aaron Hopkins whom impressed the judge with his image: Low Sun. Joint third was Bo Hansen and David Belcher. Judged by Trevor Prince.

Another new record number of entries. 60 photos was judged by Suzannah Jordan and in the end we had joint winners in Karen Roberts and Marilyn Taylor. The quality in this round was exceptional with 9 images scoring 20 points.

PDI 1 Competition Results
